It is operated under the PESL.ME umbrella as a creative brand division for AI music production, music productions, project-related audio content, branded sound worlds and creative collaboration and release formats.
All content, musical works, texts, designs, logos, brand names, graphic elements, audio content, concepts and other components published on this website are protected, to the extent permitted by law, by copyright, trademark law or other intellectual-property rights. Any use beyond statutory limitations requires prior express consent.

Contractual artist relationships
BassTianic BPM, the duo Basti & Mike and NOCTIS are bound by exclusive artist agreements with the music label BPEATS-MUSIC, represented by Bastian Pesl. Daddy Mike has approved individual works for release through BPEATS-MUSIC without being subject to an exclusive contractual relationship. All releases, productions and protected content are handled in accordance with the respective agreements in force.
BPEATS-MUSIC owns all exploitable rights in sound recordings, compositions and visual content unless expressly stated otherwise. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may be pursued under civil and, where applicable, criminal law pursuant to Sections 97 et seq. UrhG.
Licence requests for BPEATS-MUSIC Germany musical works must be submitted exclusively through the Licence Approval & Agreement Preparation section. Use is permitted only after a written agreement has been issued.

Liability
3. Liability for content (Section 7 TMG)
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content under Section 7(1) TMG. Sections 8–10 TMG do not impose a general duty to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. Duties to remove or block information remain unaffected. Liability arises only from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. Relevant content will be removed promptly once identified.
4. Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites. We have no control over their content and therefore cannot accept responsibility for it. The respective provider is responsible. No infringement was apparent at the time the links were created. Links will be removed immediately upon notification of unlawful content.

5. Copyright (Sections 2, 7 and 15 et seq. UrhG)
All content published on this website, including musical works, texts, graphics, audiovisual presentations and related releases, is protected under Sections 1 et seq. UrhG. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, exclusive rights of use and exploitation are held by Bastian Pesl (BPEATS-MUSIC).
Any use requires prior express written consent. Licence requests must be submitted exclusively through Licence Approval & Agreement Preparation.
Any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, communication to the public or other use not expressly authorised constitutes an infringement and may give rise to claims for injunctive relief, removal and damages under Sections 97 et seq. UrhG, as well as criminal consequences under Sections 106 et seq. UrhG.
BPEATS-MUSIC Germany maintains a central Rights & Metadata Registry to document rights ownership, licences, releases and identifying rights metadata. It serves as binding evidence for entitled third parties.
6. Music not registered with GEMA
Original compositions made available on this website and through distributor-supplied streaming and download services are not registered with GEMA. Accordingly, no fees arise under the GEMA tariff schedule for their use.
Irrespective of GEMA registration, all works remain protected by German copyright law and, where applicable, international treaties including the WIPO Copyright Treaty and the Berne Convention. Exclusive rights of use, exploitation and protection remain with BPEATS-MUSIC.
Unauthorised reproduction, adaptation, distribution, communication to the public or other use may result in claims for injunctive relief, information and damages under Sections 97 et seq. UrhG and criminal consequences under Sections 106 et seq. UrhG.

Cover versions (Section 23, former Section 24 / Sections 51a et seq. UrhG)
The cover versions listed below were produced by BassTianic BPM solely on the basis of duly acquired and documented cover licences. All rights in the original works remain fully and unaffectedly with the respective composers, lyricists, publishers and other rights holders.
Mechanical licence certificates can be produced upon request. The lawful acquisition of the cover licences is also documented through the appointed music distributor DistroKit. No third-party rights are claimed or restricted.

Use & licensing
Private use
Content is approved solely for private, non-commercial use.
Without written consent, the following are prohibited in particular:
- distribution, adaptation or modification
- publication and public performance
- commercial use
- creation of unauthorised cover versions
Commercial use
Any commercial use, including advertising, film, series, social media or podcasts, requires a separate licence agreement with BPEATS-MUSIC.
Benefits include:
- not registered with GEMA, reducing potential collecting-society costs
- transparent and efficient processing
- direct licence approval

9. Third-party platforms
Our music is also supplied through external platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music / iTunes, Deezer, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Pandora, TIDAL, iHeartRadio, Claro Música, JioSaavn, Anghami, Boomplay, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, NetEase, Tencent, Qobuz, JOOX, TouchTunes, Audiomack, Pretzel, Kuack Media Group and equivalent or future services.
Use of these services is governed exclusively by the respective provider’s terms and conditions. BPEATS-MUSIC gives no warranty for technical availability, functionality, accuracy or legality of external content and excludes liability to the extent permitted by law.
10. Copyright infringements (Section 97 UrhG)
Unauthorised use of our musical works, including reproduction, distribution, adaptation, communication to the public or other exploitation without prior express consent, constitutes a copyright infringement. It may give rise to claims for injunctive relief, removal and damages under Sections 97 et seq. UrhG and criminal consequences under Sections 106 et seq. UrhG.

11. BPEATS-MUSIC STORE
The BPEATS-MUSIC Store is currently inactive. Orders cannot be placed.
12. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
13. Right to amend
BPEATS-MUSIC reserves the right to adapt these notices to legal requirements at any time. The currently published version applies.
14. Artistic collaborations and third-party disclaimer
The artist “Daddy Mike” is not bound exclusively to BPEATS-MUSIC Germany. Individual works were approved for release within the BPEATS-MUSIC Germany repertoire. Copyright and related rights in those works are held by BPEATS-MUSIC Germany. All relevant titles are registered and documented in the central Rights & Metadata Registry.
No broader contractual obligation or exclusivity exists.
This disclaimer is intended to have comprehensive, final and irrevocable effect and applies to present and future scenarios.
